Bure Cottage
Bure Cottage is at 37 Peninsular Cottages, Staitheway Road, Wroxham NR12 8TH. This is off The Avenue, which is off Norwich Road, Wroxham. Follow the road in the Peninsular Marina (clearly signed on the bend of Staitheway Road), follow to the right at the boat crane and pull up in front of the car park barrier. Bure Cottage is on the far right. A key safe contains the door key and a fob for raising and lowering the barrier. See below photo.
Most visitors will pass through Norwich on their way to Wroxham. Unless, you're leaving from the North East, when using the A17 and passing through Kings Lynn is shorter. Wroxham is clearly signed from Norwich, and just 20-minutes drive. Make sure you don't miss turning right into The Avenue, opposite the turning to St Mary's Church. If you end at up the bridge, you've gone too far!
There are frequent trains to Wroxham from Norwich, and Norwich is connected to London Liverpool Street. From the direct West, catch or change at Cambridge.
Norwich does have an international airport, but very limited flights. Therefore, Stansted is the best and closest airport to use with trains and buses to Norwich - 1 3/4-hour drive. Heathrow is West, so allow at least an hour to cross London for trains from Liverpool Street.
